As a practising attorney and accredited mediator, she specializes in legal consulting focused on preventative law—the kind that identifies risks before they escalate into disasters and structures deals that are resilient. Additionally, she serves as our coordinator-in-chief. When a client requires forensic accountants, industry specialists, or technical experts, Martina manages the process seamlessly. You only deal with one person, ensuring that everyone is aligned and pulling in the same direction. Her training work—in commercial law, credit, and governance—follows the same philosophy: providing strategic solutions that facilitate outcomes rather than just delivering information. Martina practices through Biecker Attorneys, our integrated legal partner. She's the reason our clients sleep soundly.

BUSINESS STRATEGIST Degrees in Law & Commerce | Commercial Director for Engineering Firms | Non-Executive Director and Consulting | Serve on various boards. I'm the integrator. I move between procurement, HR, credit management, financial restructuring, industrial relations, company secretarial, compliance, and legal consulting - often in the same week. I don't specialize. I solve. Sometimes that means acting as your Commercial Director for a number of years, driving business growth. Sometimes it means sorting out a crisis in three days. Mostly, it means being the person you call when you can't call anyone else, the thinking partner who helps you order your thoughts and turn them into strategic solutions. I also train, designed an NQF Level 6 FAIS compliance learnership, co-authored an accredited credit program, delivered across 9 African countries. But I don't train for training's sake. I facilitate outcomes. My style? Objectivity without ego. Common sense without the push. Solutions that actually get implemented.
